20 mid band rows M/H
10-15 strict biceps curls 15/20 ea.
Rest 2 min

Workout Notes:

  1. “No video for jumping jacks!” I know, but they are jumping jacks.

  2. Move quickly between warm-up exercises. Try not to stop.

  3. Limit rest between band pulls and biceps curls.

  4. Rest is part of your “round.”
