We've learned that the secret to not whacking the back of your head and spine with the DB while running and tri'ing, is to hold an end of the DB in each hand. 


This OG (below) pops for about 37 (by my count) before the ladies stop him. Bet he was going for 50.  He'd have gotten them too. 

30 of those 37 were done with excellent form. I mean, none of them were done with Brian Spencer form, but considering his age, and the extra weight of all those war medals  - he gets a pass.  

Question is, how many have you got?  How many strict pushups (from chest down to arms fully extended - hips, thighs &/or knees never touch) can you do?
