We did a lot of running last week.  By design we were trying to stay away from deeply intense soreness in your legs from squats and lunges, opting for the somewhat lesser soreness of running.  Nothing makes an Rx+ week more miserable, than fighting sore legs - remember last time?  

Many of you noticed that the increase in miles we ran last week was making your shins sore.  Sometimes this can easily be remedied with a better fitting pair of shoes.  More specifically, a better fitting pair of running insoles.  But this can be expensive.  Like, several hundred dollars.  Long time GPPeep Mark Pantelakis just got a machine from Foot Balance in that will make a custom pair of insoles for you for $80!  Check out my review of the experience - HERE.
