straight sets of each:

25 narrow med ball pushups
20 OH triceps ext 15/25
15 side lateral raises 10/15 or AHAP
10 OH DB presses (strict) 15/25 or AHAP
BB push presses AHAP

Rest as needed between each set. 
Post reps successfully completed and weights to comments.


Sure Amy (Shmoopy), you won't have as far to push, but does that offset the weight?
