You've got about 90 days until the beginning of swimsuit season.  Yep, 90 days.  The Crash Course Challenge is gearing up to help you.  Give yourself the jump start that you need to nail it this year. 

CCC starts this Saturday February 4th @ 8am.  We will collect a baseline from each of you doing the challenge and give general instructions that morning.  Initiation workshop (this Saturday) is free.  Buy in is $50.  No penalties.  No dismissal.  Workshops will be held (CCC members only) on Saturday mornings at 8am.  The challenge runs for 6 weeks.  There are a couple of new things we are doing with this CCC.  All are welcomed.

GPP Fit for Teens - (Class is coordinated through Centerville City) - A great way for teens 11-18 to get strong, build some muscle and feel great!  This one hour, 8 week class is on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:00 pm.  Class begins February 7.  Classes held here at GPP Fitness.  To register your child please click HERE.

New movement - "Rolling Pushups."  It was inspired by our "Jump" workout where we pushup and roll between weights on the floor.  They are much harder than regular pushups because of the problems posed with equilibrium.  Dizziness on top of fatigue can be an interesting combination.  Excited to see this movement in action.  Interested to hear your comments.  Please post.
