You can't know how far you've come if you don't know where you started from.  When was the last time you had your measurements taken?  We propose you take the time this week and have one of the trainers take your measurements.  It has been a long summer.  It's time to shake off the cobwebs.  Know this:  the longer you keep fat on, the harder it is to shed.  Don't wait.
