Typically we don't post double unders in a daily workout.  Only on Tuesdays.  Double unders take an enormous amount of skill to master.  They also call for more from you in terms of endurance, stamina, balance, coordination and accuracy than do regular rope jumps.  If you haven't got a DU, take the time (spend 20 mins, or so) to get one.  If you already have one, get more!  Good luck!
