Workout Notes:

  1. Workouts like this are great for a Saturday cleanser.  It'll move some blood around, get rid of some lactic acid, and help you recover a little faster.
  2. You're not on the clock today, unless you want to be. Just get your HR up and keep it there.  
  3. Can I partition? NO - It's like 35 reps!
