Workout Notes:

  • I feel like I'm breaking the law by posting this. I KNOW I said I wouldn't a workout like this on a Saturday, but it has to be. We've had a rough few weeks. Need some active recovery. This kind of workout on a Saturday is just what the Dr. ordered!
