Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds work followed immediately by 10 seconds rest for each of the following exercises.  Complete all 8 rounds before moving to the next exercise. 

Perform 2 rounds of:

KB swings 35/54
plate switches
crunches
Aussie pullups
DB OH press (strict) 15/20 ea.

We call the video below a " GPP Altogram."  We discovered that we can use our Instagram feed (click HERE) to give you common alts by way of short video clips for our daily workouts.  The cool thing is, we can do this early on the day of the workout.  Almost in real time. 

For example, some folks get a little wrist pain when they do Trust-O.  Even when they do it right.  So, yesterday we pushed out a cool alt (below) you may want to try.  It works for some.
