We've been a little light on leg stuff this week.  Well, comparatively.

Our Programming this week follows a classic GPP "bias" principle.

"Bias" weeks are meant to either focus effort on certain parts of your fitness, or focus effort away from those parts.  Since we went pretty hard at your legs last week with Rx+, we felt it proper to let them calm down a bit.

Not that we haven't used your legs this week.  We just haven't delivered our usual load to them.  Today, this changes.  The "Amos" workout is pretty effective at delivering "focused effort" to lower parts of your anatomy!  A full 35 min effort will bring this week to a strong close.

Over the years, we've had a LOT of folks from the Northern part of Davis county asking when they can expect a GPP location to open in their "neck of the woods."  Unfortunately, our answer has always had to be an open-ended, "hopefully soon."  Which is a shame, because out of the over 130,000 visits to the GPP site per month - 3 of the top 5 contributors to that count come from Layton, S, Ogden and Kaysville.

So we are proud to congratulate the Holts (Rob & Deawn) & the Flynns (Rob & Erin) for taking the lead on the effort to serve folks North of HQ.  We lend them our full confidence and support in bringing the GPP Fitness methodology to Syracuse, Utah.

Their training is complete.  The building is rented.  Construction has begun.  And the equipment has been ordered.   GPP Fitness in Syracuse begins operations Mid-September.  We'll keep you posted here with links (check back soon) and info.  For more info and class times please write to
