Run, Push, Dip, Sit

5 rounds of:

400 m run
25 pushups
25 chairdips
25 situps

Post consecutive strings of reps to comments.

It is supposed to be a beautiful week.  We are going to put in some miles (running).  Nothing timed.  Its best to build some running endurance before putting the clock on a workout.  It has been a long winter.  

For those of you who don't run.  Alternate between fast walking and rowing.
