Ab Medley - 4 rounds

            20 situps
            20 R side ups
            20 L side ups           
            20 Superman back ext's 

Biceps 21’s - 4 rounds   (see demo)      

            7 bottom to half 15/20
            7 half to full 15/20
            7 full 15/20

The Springtime CCC starts MONDAY!  You have 3 days to get your affairs in order, then we are CRUSHING this. 

CCC = Crash Course Challenge.  If you wish to get your butts into incredible shape (member or no - offsite or onsite) simply go HERE to read the rules and declare your goals.  We (GPP staff) will review your goal to see that it is not too easy or lofty.  After declaring your goal you must put $50 into a pot.  If at the end of the CCC you have attained all goals stated AND followed ALL the rules of the contest - you get your money back.  Plus you will have a ROCKING body just in time for summer!  Good luck all.  I'll be joining you again.  Last time I lost 17 lbs.  I have 6 to go.  Pumped to be in the best shape of my life at 41. 



Judging by the shape of those arms, I'm guessing there is a dent in one of our GPP kettle bells!  Looking good Em!
