Masters: 3 pullups per round. Rest 20 sec between rounds.
The GPP Standard is a benchmark workout. If you are ready, push hard through it. It may be used to measure parts of your fitness.
Snake those pushups for a faster time.
Be perfect with your squats. Parallel or below!
It's been a while since we did pullups for time. Be careful with them even though it's only 5 per round.

🌄🌡☀️HOTTTT DAY ON THE FARM!🌄🌡☀️ GOT THE SECOND CROP OF HAY CUT! THE WHEAT IS WHITE AND THE FIELDS ARE BEAUTIFUL RIGHT NOW. CANNOT GET ENOUGH OF THIS PLACE! . . We also moved and started to disassemble an old swather, looked at a tractor to maybe purchase, and shot some guns of course. . . Hay will be bailed this week and ready to haul next weekend if anyone wants to play! 🌄☀️🌡 . . .
