Workout Notes: 

  1. Masters: 3 pullups per round. Rest 20 sec between rounds.

  2. The GPP Standard is a benchmark workout. If you are ready, push hard through it. It may be used to measure parts of your fitness. Record and track your progress in the comments below.

  3. Snake those pushups for a faster time.

  4. Be perfect with your squats. Parallel or below!

  5. It's been a while since we did pullups for time. Be careful with them even though it's only 5 per round.
