Daily Extras - AMRAP in 30 min

Workout Notes: 

  1. Masters: 3 pullups per round. Rest 20 sec between rounds.

  2. The GPP Standard is a benchmark workout. If you are ready, push hard through it. It may be used to measure parts of your fitness.

  3. Snake those pushups for a faster time.

  4. Be perfect with your squats. Parallel or below!

  5. It's been a while since we did pullups for time. Be careful with them even though it's only 5 per round.
