Complete as many squats as possible in 4 minutes.
Rest 1 min
Row as far as possible in 4 minutes.
Rest 1 min
Complete as many V-ups as possible in 4 minutes.


Workout Notes:

  1. This is the easiest of our burpee workouts.  Somehow putting another movement inside of a burpee makes it way easier. Stringing them together back to back is what makes them hard.  The first 25 are rough. After that - it's smooth sailing. 

  2. I challenge you vets to put the 25 straight burpees at the END of the workout! 

  3. Watch Meg's video demo of the high weighted situps. Did you notice she switches hands each time? Same should be done on the OH triceps extension.

  4. Commit to touching your chest on every pushup. Every ONE!
