This week starts hard with the Meg-inator.  You're going to feel some drag if, like me, you pounded some peeps this weekend.  Plan on this lasting a couple of days.  Oh well, today we will simply have to embrace the suck.  Let's take the suck we feel today and channel it into something constructive, like clean eating!  There is no better time to see the benefits of clean eating (5 servings fruits, 5 servings veggies, lean meats, few refined carbs, lots of extra water) like the next few days.  If you ever needed convincing or proof that clean eating makes a difference (Why would you, really?), the next 2 days have the potential to be benchmarks in our lives. 

Rooks, go easy today.  This one is a SOREMAKER.
