GPP New Year OH (Optimal Health) Challenge!

What is it?  

GPP Challenges are famous for helping people lose weight and get into the best shape of their lives. The GPP New Year OH Challenge is a six week, intensive approach to achieving Optimal Health and Weight Loss through proper nutrition, exercise and lifestyle changes.  GPP will help you learn exactly what works for you.

Each week your GPP trainers will issue unique physical (ex. 5 hrs of extra cardio for 7 days) and nutritional challenges (ex. eat 1.5 g protein/lb BW for 7 days) designed to help you take your health and weight loss to a NEW LEVEL.  

For those in the program, we will be conducting weekly, 45 min. technique classes aimed at helping you learn and perform standard GPP movements (squat, pushup, situp, etc) more effectively.  By learning about these movements (muscles involved, intention, purpose) and how to perform them more correctly (specific to you and YOUR body), you'll gain more benefit from your daily workouts throughout the year!  It is instruction GPP has NEVER offered (outside of its training staff) before.  

Nutritional challenges will be aimed at helping you discover your body's specific nutritional preferences for weight loss and Optimal Health.

Challenges will have unique support from the community at large and your GPP training staff.

As always, progress will be tracked weekly by weight and circumference measurement.  


Who is it for?

Everyone who wishes to lose weight and/or gain better health.  All challenges (nutritional, physical & lifestyle) will be scaled to meet your specific needs.
