Complete 4 rounds of the following:
Take exactly 30 secs of rest after each set. 

10 BB biceps curls 45/75
20 lunge steps (R+L=1)
10 high band curls M/H
20 squat jumps to box (15")

Amazing...Tonight was a banner night for GPP.  We were honored to have Curtis Jolley of Performance West Physical Therapy put on an "Aches and Pains" clinic at GPPHQ.  Some of the points:

He covered things like: How and when to use NSAIDS; When to know if it is just a pain or an injury; and much, much more.  It was an incredible night.  

Curtis has insight on fitness that few others experts would have.  He is highly educated, motivated and passionate about helping people heal.  He is also a GPP "superfit."  He truly walks the walk.  Information from a guy like this is invaluable.
