This is my 10th week in GPP. I am feeling stronger and I know I am stronger. I can't wait for week 20 to see what progress has been made! For me, so much of this journey is mental..some times I think there is no way I can complete a workout or I am afraid I will puke.. and I don't ever want to do that especially with other people around. :) The only reason I post this is that hopefully someone else can identify and it may help. -AJ
