Fitzoner

  1. It is NOT unreasonable to imagine we'd all measure a portion of our fitness by this workout. IMHO everyone on Earth should know their "Fitzoner" time.
  2. Post time to comments. 
  3. The mile MUST be run (entirely) at the beginning.  
  4. You may partition pullups, pushups & squats.
  5. Our "SuperFits" can do this workout in under 20 min.
