Yep, going hard at the shoulders this week.  Almost left them completely alone last week. They need some attention.  Hang in there.

Some scheduling reminders for this week:

1 - We are OPEN Wednesday eve notwithstanding the Bountiful parade.  If you have the notion to sweat it out with us instead (combined with?) of main street we are here, man!

2 - In keeping with GPP tradition, HQ is closed Thursday, July 24th in observance of Pioneer Days.  We'll still be posting a workout, though.
