Challenges Wk 14 

Physical - Complete 100 KB swings 25/35 per day.

Nutritional - In an effort to find which types of foods help you to thrive, try to eat meals and snacks comprised of 50% fats and proteins this week.  It will be better for you to eat more natural foods during this time of discovery.  Less processed is better.  It gives you more information.  Continue with this for the entire 7 days of the challenge, or until you have gathered all the info you need to access whether this works better, or worse.  Please post experience to comments.

Lifestyle - Create a formal "Bucket List" of the top 10 things you could feasibly do this summer that would add richness and value to your life.  Commit to completing all items on the list.
