On-going Monthly Home Program Includes:

  • GPP Workouts 3 days a week.

  • RWND Strength Training Workouts 5 days a week.

  • This is the hardest of all the RWND Programs. The pump is REAL with this one!

  • It's all about the Hatfield Method of training in LVL4!

  • This program is focused on Muscle Building and Endurance.

  • All the weight lifting is done as 3 Giant Sets with 3 Exercises and a 3 min. rest after each set.

The Hatfield Method uses 3 Metabolic Pathways for complete muscle use, fatigue and development: ATP-PCr, Glycolytic, Oxidative

  • The ATP-PCr pathway uses heavy weight and explosive rep speed.

  • The Glycolytic pathway uses moderate weight and a 1-2-2-0 count rep speed.

  • The Oxidative pathway uses light weight and a 1-0-1-0 count rep speed.

Workout Schedule is as follows:

Mon: Press Day & GPP
Tues: Pull Day (no GPP)
Wed: Triceps Day & GPP
Thurs: Leg Day (no GPP)
Fri: Biceps Day & GPP
Sat: OFF
