Frustration

Frustration is an important part of the process when getting into shape and losing weight.  Great health is impossible without it. 

We believe the faster you become VERY frustrated with your results, the faster it can be determined whether or not you will be successful.  It is the dividing line. 

On one side of that line is optimal health - everything you've ever wanted from exercise and fitness.  On the other is failure.
