There is tremendous power in community.

Steps to Affiliation:

  1. Let's talk. We are a very small operation. There are no strangers among us. All of us are dedicated to adding to the collective. If you have a passion for excellence fueled by a calling to help others we can help you. Please introduce yourself by email ( We'll set up a call.

  2. Do the training. Most of this can be done via email & Skype. However, there is some hands on stuff. You'll need to plan a 2 day trip to Utah.
  3. Create the facilities. We've got this down. There are several of us now (UTx3, OK, CO, NWA, MAx2, CA & MX). From a garage gym to 30,000 sq/ft facility, we can help you design and equip.
  4. Create your community. This is key. Your clients are more successful when you are in daily contact with them. We'll show you tips and tricks (websites, social media & etc.) that have worked for us.
  5. Put it on folks!

Nuts and Bolts:

  • We all do the same workout daily.
  • Programming is created at HQ daily.
  • Affiliates may post no electronic version of the daily workout.
  • There are no fees for affiliation.
  • Consulting & and training fees are negotiated on a case by case basis and are generally very fair/small.

GPP is a VERY unique training method which is driven by an even more unique health and fitness philosophy.  It occurs NO WHERE else in the world.  As much as we may look like other places (to the untrained eye), we couldn't be more different.  It is even safe to say we are OPPOSITE of other places in terms of fitness philosophy, goals, programming and techniques.  The fitness and health we put onto you is more focused and individualized than ANY other out there.  It is also more effective and efficient for achieving your specific goals.

It is our opinion that trainers shouldn't be the only people allowed to understand our methods and techniques.  We think they should be available to everyone.  In our seminars we employ the "Learn - Do - Teach" technique.  You'll get just the right amounts of theory and practice.

Our "GPP Intensive" seminar is available to a very limited number of folks.
