Want the kids to feel great and have fun getting strong and healthy? This is the class! For this 2 month series we will be focusing on fitness more specific to soccer training. This means a bit more running than they'd do in our normal series. Each session will still involve a fun, active warm-up, skill development training and strength training. It is awesome and the kids love it!
It is an 8 week class held 2x/week at GPP. For kids ages 11-18. We are flexible with those ages. If your younger kids would be comfortable in the class please feel free to bring them to try a class. Workouts begin Oct 11th, Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:15-5pm.
