GPP holiday schedule

Friday Dec 31 - workouts as normal minus evening classes. 
Jan 1 9:30 & 10:15 special GPP workout, 11:00 Zumba!, 12:30 2hr cycling!

1st indoor day at GPP we did "Up Downs."  Seems fitting we do the same workout for 1st day of the year!  Happy New Year!  May your coming year have many more ups, than downs.
