Please be careful.  The soreness factor for this workout is VERY high.  Scale as needed.

An explanation - I realize how surprised you must be to see this workout again so soon.  But THIS workout needs to happen again soon in order to measure accurately the fitness effect from last week.  Did we get more fit?  Would doing this workout again soon decrease our chances of becoming sore from it?  There is only one way to find out. 

Ideally, we would program this workout again in 2 weeks, but we can't chance to have that much soreness (if it occurs) on Christmas.  Neither can we chance it the next week due to New Year's celebrations.  I fear putting it off until 3 weeks from now will not supply us with usable information to answer the above questions.  So here it is. 

Coleridge said, "What begins in fear, usually ends in folly."  It would be folly to retire this workout out of fear for it.  There are benefits in it.  Benefits that span the Full Spectrum of health and fitness.  Benefits that few have the guts or the wherewithal to reap. We are those few.
