Tabata BTB squats (you must "rest" in the bottom of the squat)


On trainers count perform 5 rounds of the following:

20 v-ups
20 T2T side ups R
20 T2T side ups L
20 T2T superman back ext
20 T2T tap down crunches
20 sec ab bridges

Post total reps completed per exercise to comments.


I was WAY less sore after doing this for the second time last week.  It was surprising to me.  Many of you said the same thing.  Could it REALLY be possible that we all noticeably increased our fitness after doing this workout just twice (and 1 whole week apart)? 

You know..., saying it IS possible defies conventional wisdom. If you DARE speak it, you may be ridiculed by those in the "know" (i.e. experts, academics, etc.). 

Oh well, right?  Facts are facts.  Much of what we do at GPP defies conventional wisdom.  Fortunately for us, so do our results! 


Out to dinner for a special occasion?  Thinking about dessert?  THIS is perfect (served to me at the Mandarin in Bountiful).  The raspberry is 1/3 the size of the whole thing!
