Complete 4 straight sets of exercise:  (Straight sets are when you complete all recommended sets of one exercise before moving to the next exercise) Recommend 30-60 sec rest between sets.

8 OH shoulder press (strict) AHAP
10 side lateral raises 10/15
8 back squats AHAP
25 box jumps
