To get the most out of today's workout each set should be more intense than the last. Weights should be dynamic, meaning you shouldn't be afraid to continually change the weight (lighter or heavier).  Record the weight you use for each set.  This will help you to know how to progress through this workout next time.  

Take it slow.  You are NOT on the clock today.  Take as much time as you need to recover in order to give it your all on each set.  Concentrate on proper form so as to get the most out of this workout AND to prevent potential injury.

This pic was snapped 2 weeks ago after everyone was gone.  We took it all down and placed it into a box under the desk.  Now we have decided to huck it all.  We'll be dropping it off at the DI on Wednesday of this week.  If you are missing a valuable piece of wardrobe, it is probably in that box.  Come save it.
