Hit the Deck 2X

With 2 decks of cards perform exercises as drawn for each of the following:

Hearts = Push-ups
Diamonds = Sit ups
Clubs = Squats
Spades = Burpees

Numbered cards are done for reps as numbered
Face cards are 10 reps
Aces are 15 reps
Jokers = 400m run

As soon as 1/2 the class is done with the card - we move on!
Rx is awarded to those who do all reps

The scheduled 5k is cancelled do to predicted -2 degree weather.  We are not saying we COULDN'T do it.  GPP'rs are tough as he**.  Its just not worth the frostbite.  The above workout will take its place at 8AM.  It is free for all who would like to pre-burn their turkey dinner.  We will scale it as needed.

It is official GPP policy to go BAT-FRICKIN-CRAZY eating food on THIS day.  Seriously, you should want for nothing.  Do not simply eat til your full - eat til it is gone!  This is your day.  You've earned it.  Don't worry, we'll work it off Friday.  Schedule is as always.

It took me like 5 trys to catch Tara, Ray and Reed in a synchonized, mid-workout KB juggle.  Worth it!
