4 sets of 10 DB triceps kick backs 10/15
4 sets of 10 OH DB triceps extensions AHAP
4 sets of 8 Spartan pushups

I haven't dropped "partner squats" on you yet.  I mostly save them for retreats and workshops.  They are awesome.  Moka demo's both the monkey back and spider styles at once!  NIIIIIIICE!  Very GT.
