Up weight from last week, perform 5 sets of:

8 alt DB curls AHAP

post weights to comments, then complete 4 rounds of the following:

One minute work sets followed by 30 sec rest of the following:

burpees
KB swings 25/35
row
jump rope
squat jumps

Post total reps for each exercise to comments
