  1. 12 rounds is a lot to count. Might want to make notes on your phone.

  2. Needed more burpees this week.

  3. If you are feeling super salty, I mean, SUPER salty … try replacing jump squats with thrusters 45/65. Caution! This is more thrusters than in our “Thrust-O-Rama” workout. Heed the warnings.

  4. If your backside is raw from all the v-ups sub for hanging knees to shoulders.

  5. One thing to NEVER do during burpees.
