25 conditioning curls 15/20 ea. (R+L=1)

Daily Extras - Do the “Burpee Challege”

Rookies - 19 burpees
Experienced - 33 burpees
Vets - 47 burpees

Workout Notes: 

  1. If you are breezing those jump squats weight them with a 15/20 lb DB.

  2. Make sure your elbows get all the way straight on curls.

  3. Jump squats and high volume lunges have potential to cripple rookies. Scale where needed.

  4. There are 100 total burpees in this workout … which is hardly any;) For those of you doing the Burpee Challenge, the workout burpees do NOT count towards your extra burpees. However, that being said, be smart. If you need to scale back in the workout, please do so.

  5. I liked finishing off last week with those lunges. Made most folks nice and sore over the weekend. Let’s do that again.
