Workout Notes:
- I like to come back to a new workout a week, or so after we put it out. It helps. Don't worry, I'll put it away for a while after this.
- You'll be tempted to try and do this workout "for time." Don't. Remember, today is "Pre-hab" day.
- In life, either you are doing burpees or burpees are doing you!
- Pro Tip: One Thing to NEVER do During Burpees
- On uni hipups: extended leg should hover beneath the level of the working leg.
- Elbows and toes must touch down before each TDC.
- You never really realize how much you use your abs during burpees until you pair them with ab exercises! This is especially true of V-ups.
