Workout Notes:

  1. Remember, on those pass through lunges, the weight goes through the middle to the outside, not the outside to the middle.  If you do outside to inside, you're just a bad human.
  2. If you have shoulder issues or simply lack the flexibility to hold the weight in the high position, here's an alt for those high windmills.
