Daily Extras - Replace 200 m run for 400 m run.
- Switched out the smith bench presses for a pushup. If your pushers are hammered, just drop it from the workout today.
- Don't alternate the biceps curls.
- If you KNOW (a few of you salty vets will) you'll go under 20 min to get this done, do the extras!
- Post your time. Srsly, it helps me program.
