When going for time I prefer less strict movements (generally). Therefore conditioning curls and snaked pushups.
Can't just do 50 total biceps conditioning curls. That'd only be 25 per arm. It'd also be weak sauce (unless you're new). Here's the thing though, if your elbows are giving you fits, form them up with a lighter weight. Keep you palms up the entire time. Maybe even skip them altogether, if you are unsure how these will affect you.

🦖🦕We had a great weekend in Vernal, Ut! We hadn't been there ourselves since we were kids! We drove through the beautiful Uinta mountains on Highway 40. Stayed overnight at the Super 8 (3 rooms for $150, cant beat that!). Went to the Dinosaur museum in Vernal and the Dinosaur National Monument quarry 20 miles out of town. We traveled up past Flaming Gorge and stopped to have a campfire dinner at Deer Run campground (one of the only ones open this time of year). Then we continued back home up through Highway 191 and 1-80 through Evanston. It was a beautiful, fun, well-worth-it trip.
