Workout Notes:

  1. Oli= short for Oliver (pronounced ALL-OVER)

  2. Be super careful with those DLs. They are heavy today, and 35 is no joke.

  3. Convert 3:1 rope jumps if you don’t have your DU.

  4. There is more fitness benefit from using KBs vs. DBs on the snatches.

  5. Snake the pushups. We're going for time today.
