Workout Notes: 

  • If your low backs and legs are fried today, lighten up and just work on form today. 
  • If you got it in you, get serious about those DLs. 
  • The spin bike is not a break. It should be the worst 90 sec of your day. 
  • Play with those goblet squats a little. Don't be scared to adjust the suggested weight up or down depending on how you are feeling. In fact, that weight might change after each set. 
  • No daily extras today. 
  • Remember, there is no programming on Saturdays. If you missed a workout this week, scroll back, print it out and storm it!
