This is a HR workout.    

Remember, Saturdays are "stand alone" workouts.  They are meant to simply give you a little more - if you want it.  They aren't necessarily programmed into your week. 

The workouts we do throughout the week are meant to put our definition of "fitness" onto you.  By Friday, we will have achieved that.  If you've not missed a workout throughout the week -  you are covered, my friend.     

If you missed a workout, you might consider coming to the open gym time on Sat (0800) and making it up.  It'll keep your fitness more balanced.  If you are just looking for some more - come storm on Saturday.  We program Saturdays to be more like M/W&F.  You'll typically breathe a little heavier.
