Workout Notes:

  • It's leg week. Since we don't have a Monday to build from, we need to put both Monday & Tuesday's workouts together somewhat. I give you Amos. Careful, Amos is a spindly little thing, but she can leave you holding an ache!
  • 35 min is a long time. Back some reps off if you need to.
  • Those lunge switches kill my knees. Too much dirt biking over the years. I'm going to do the alt Troy is demo'ing to the R.

Zachy Boy and I start hiking a couple of times per week from fall through spring. We've been doing it for years. It's how we deal with the cold weather. How do you cope with the cold weather?
