Workout Notes: 

  • It's like 150-block-150-block+ but it has 9 min of cardio instead of running. This is mostly because we are having bad weather in Utah today.
  • If weather is great where you are, do the running. A "block" is 1 mile. 
  • Spin bike jogging = don't sit down.
