  • Try and increase your OH press each time. Your 10 rep max weight should be different from your 3 rep. 
  •  You are not on the clock today, so its a good day to practice those kipping pull ups. Get up on that bar. 
  • Jump pull ups if needed, or try the stability ball pull ups
