Workout Notes: 

  • Balls Out - refers to the governor on a steam engine.  Two heavy balls are attached to the engine so that as engine speed increases, the centrifugal force of the flywheel causes the balls to rise.  "Balls Out," then, refers to running the engine at max speed, or full power.  
  • I know this little workout doesn't seem like much, but sometimes it's the short ones that get you. Remember how sore that DB thrusters and ski squat workout made you a couple of weeks ago? That one was only 15 mins long. 
  • Also, consider the "daily extras."
  • Not feeling the BW? Cool, you may do your OBW (optimal body weight). Or just scale as necessary. 
  • OG box jumps
