Workout Notes: 

  1. I debated not putting this up this year. It's a great workout but, it's long, it's a bit confusing, it has cartwheels! But, it's awesome and, in the end, it's tradition.
  2. If it's icy where you are, sub the 200 m run for a cardio of roughly equal time.
  3. Find it hard to do cartwheels? Alt = 5 sideups R, 5 OH presses, 5 sidups L = 2!
