Workout Notes: 

  • It's been a long time since we did this one. Thanks for the reminder Shmorgan (name changed to protect identity). 
  • Sometimes squat to box jumps can get a little sloppy. It's better to rest a little between (I know we are going for time) reps than do sloppy reps. 
  • Ski Squats can be done using DBs 10/15. 

Love that Richard Simmons. Seriously, the guy was a pioneer. And he makes me laugh - only in good ways.
