After a week like we just had, it's smart to tone things down a bit. No daily extras this week.
Change = Change
My favorite health and fitness quote this year comes from the book "A Short Guide to a Long Life" by Dr. David B Agus. He said,
"Health and fitness is a moving target."
It's this simple, whatever you are doing successfully to improve your health and fitness right now might not work for you next year. You'll have to change things as your body changes. Your body changes all the time. It changes as the season changes, as your mood changes, as your sleep patterns change, as your activity patterns change, as your home life changes, as your work life changes. Nobody stays the same. Your exercise and nutritional habits will need to reflect these changes.
